As I have said earlier, full color printing is the most expensive of all the printing options that are made available to you. However, for design beginners, it is advisable to stay away from single and two color printing options. These types of color printing options rely on design principles and aesthetic taste that can only be acquired through experience. Any budding designer should try and design in full color print first before attempting the above mentioned options. Printing in full color does not give you any constraints in your design and allows you to hone your artistic sense. After doing some full color designs you can then go through designing your brochures.

Tip number 2: How to create a nice layout
In creating a nice layout, the first thing that you should think about is the design elements that you can use. Since the brochure is a versatile material, you can use different design elements with out much thought. You can use pictures liberally unlike in posters or in business cards where in the space constraints create certain problems.

In order to be effective in your layout, you should try and do research on the target audience that you are making a brochure for. The more you know about the target audience, the easier it is to find a design inspiration that will capture their attention and give them a reason to hold on and read through your brochures.

Using photos are important here. Maximizing the space that a brochure gives you, you need to include photo because it is easier to communicate with images rather than through text. Grab their attention with an image and hold them there with your content.
